E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
If you have a shared hosting plan with our company and you set up an e-mail address inside your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of clicks to any other e-mail address of your preference. The feature can be enabled when you make a brand new mailbox or whenever you want later and disabled just as quickly if you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will control your account. Additionally, you will have the option to decide whether a duplicate of the inbound messages will stay on our servers or not. The benefit of this option is basically that you will always have a backup on your end if something occurs with the other email address or if it is not active for reasons unknown during the time an email message is forwarded. When the option is not active, an email will be received, forwarded and deleted from our system even if the remote email is working or not, so it might be a good idea for it to be active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an e-mail address located in our system can be very effortless if you have a semi-dedicated server package with our company and will also not require you more than several mouse clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep track of the email addresses which are being forwarded and where the emails are going to with a glance. The feature is enabled and disabled for each of the email addresses inside your account. You could also enable or disable a useful option that we offer - a copy of the e-mails being relayed through our servers can remain on the server. By doing this, you will also have a backup copy of your incoming e-mail messages and you will not have to concern yourself with loss of any information. In case you keep this option disabled, you run the risk of losing email messages if there is a problem with the remote email address.
