A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your web site(s) to our next–generation cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable downtime. That is why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We have skilled administrators whose chief assignment is to make certain that your site performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on popular applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are plenty of variables to take into consideration – the total amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. That said, we do try to accomplish all web site migrations within a 48–hour time period. Smaller web sites are migrated much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We do not require any private information. We’ll require, however, the login information for your current hosting account and the name of the site that you’d like to move.

A: Before we can start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose basically the same info you have provided to your previous web host. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled.

A: Nope. Your site will stay accessible online during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is fine, all you will need to do is update your domain’s DNS records.

A: No. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the web site migration either.

A: Yup. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, since we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary website creation and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
